AZ POURERS AND SEALS
Pourer is a plastic extension that simply replaces the original plug on the bottle with alcohol, and by heating the special Az Seal is fixed to the bottle, which prevents unauthorized removal.
An electronic chip has been installed in the pourer, which is only transmitted through the activation ring on the Az Junior control console to provide accurate refinement of the portion size in the appropriate cup.
The number of programmed pourers per type of drink is unlimited.
To control pouring of alcohol, as well as the identity of the waiter, the control keypad is used, and the system controls the applicative solution Az Central.
