AZ JUNIOR CONTROL CONSOLE
For controlling quantity and types of poured drinks, the Az Junior Control Console is used to define up to 4 portion sizes.
Along with the console comes the Az Ring, an activation ring that touches the type of drink in touch with the pre-programmed pourer on the bottle and prevents the misfeed of the wrongly selected beverage on the control applicative system.
The system manages the applicative solution of the Az Central, which enables monitoring of the total amount of alcohol in the east as well as employee identification.
TECHNICAL DATA:
For each drink, it is possible to define up to 4 portion sizes, with the most commonly used setting as a default value (eg 0.03L for a hard drink, 0.1L for wine …).
Up to 100 different types of drinks can be stored in the console.
