AZ COCKTAIL TOWER
For bars with alcoholic, carbonated and non-carbonated drinks and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails and mixes, the best solution is the Az Cocktail Tower.
Through the control keyboard Az 200+ it is possible to define up to 510 different cocktails and mixes in accordance with the portion sizes that can be defined depending on the preference of the caterer.
One cocktail can contain up to 16 different ingredients that, together with the portion sizes, are stored in the Az Central Control System, allowing you to prepare in just a few seconds and to employees who are not cocktail masters!
To control pouring of alcohol, as well as the identity of the waiter, the control keypad is used, and the system controls the applicative solution Az Central.
TECHNICAL DATA:
Depending on the model, the tower can have 16, 24, 32 or even 64 spaced tubes connected to the BackBar tank system.
The central tube is used exclusively for non-alcoholic beverages.
When stirring, there is no stirring of flavor, and after refilling the juices, in the central part of the radish it releases 0,01 L of wash water to avoid mixing the taste or color.
