sbc INSTALLATION AND EDUCATION

SBC solutions provide the service of installing the entire system to the user's location, including setting up contracted equipment and adjusting the Az Central Application Solutions and connecting to a POS device or a fiscal cashier.

Installation of the equipment is exceptionally fast because the equipment adjusts to each bar, regardless of the degree of complexity of serving drinks and beverages and does not require significant work on existing bars, which significantly reduces installation costs.

The installation price also includes employee and manager training.

sbc MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

SBC solutions for all supplied and installed equipment at the location offers the following service features:

  • Preventive service-based maintenance
  • Interventional service-based maintenance
  • Emergency call service

Regardless of the option chosen, SBC solutions provide service support 24/7, by coming to the customer's location or remote support (phone, e-mail, remote access to the Internet).

Preventive service maintenance means all necessary regular inspection and jobs that allow the proper use of serviced equipment and is carried out twice a year in the terms agreed with the service user.

Intermediate maintenance in case of non-functioning of the equipment implies the interventions necessary for the proper use of the maintenance equipment. The contracted start time of the emergency maintenance service at the Customer's location from the moment of receipt of the failure report can be between 4, 8, 12 or 24 hours.

The price of emergency service maintenance depends on whether an annual maintenance contract has been signed (more favorable for the user) or the user has chosen the option of emergency intervention on the call.

The warranty period for purchased equipment is 1 year, and for service 6 months.

Spare parts and consumables are secured.

sbc FINANCING

SBC solutions in co-operation with Grenke offer a financial service for leasing equipment for small, medium and large enterprises:

  • without participation
  • without insurance
  • without a currency clause - unchanged rent in HRK for the entire duration of the contract

The service also includes catering counseling: how to shorten the depreciation period, obtain a favorable interest rate, postpone payments to contract, more favorable purchase prices and maintain liquidity.

It is possible to finance low value equipment (from HRK 4,000.00).

Processing is fast and does not require additional documentation:

  • for up to € 50,000.00 financing approval within 4h and delivery of equipment the same day upon receipt of the application for financing
  • for amounts over 50.000,00 € processing takes 3-5 days

Processing costs for amounts:

  • up to 50,000 EUR: 600,00 HRK
  • over 50.000 EUR: 0.5% of the required amount
